Ship loader Electrical Control System
Ship loader Electrical Control System is a large bulk material handling machine used for loading bulk cargo onto ships at terminals. Generally, a ship loader consists of boom conveyor, transfer conveyor, telescopic chute, tail section, traveling device, portal frame, tower structure, luffing device, and slewing device. As large-scale bulk handling equipment in ports, ship loaders play a vital role in the high-speed, stable, efficient, and rolling development of industries such as energy, power generation, metallurgy, and ports, particularly in major bulk material distribution centers. Ship loaders typically operate continuously during loading operations. Therefore, they must be supported by auxiliary equipment that provides a continuous material flow to enable uninterrupted ship loading, such as silo feeding at grain terminals or continuous material supply from bucket wheel reclaimers in coal stockyards at coal terminals.
