DFW-Type Cable Branch Box is specifically used at cable nodes of AC 12kV cable systems for power distribution. It features simple and convenient connection methods, with characteristics including full insulation, complete sealing, corrosion resistance, maintenance-free, safety and reliability, compact size, lightweight, aesthetic appearance, oil-free, easy installation, flexible grounding, and no exposed live parts. With advanced technology, it effectively solves challenges in cable connections and multi-circuit power supply in ring network systems.

This product is suitable for urban streets, residential communities, high-rise buildings, underground facilities, highways, tunnels, industrial and mining enterprises, oil fields, ports, airports, docks, development zones, interchanges, construction sites, large and medium-sized enterprises, and other distribution network applications. Particularly ideal for urban grid renovation projects, it can significantly reduce equipment and cable investments while improving power supply reliability.

The cable branch box offers the following options: live-line touchable cable connectors or live-line non-touchable cable connectors; with or without surge arresters or short-circuit indicators; with or without ground fault indicators. Cable connectors can adopt European-style (ASTSTT-type, AWK elbow-type), American-style or domestic-made cable connectors. Power input lines can be equipped with load switches or without load switches, and the load switches can be either conventional type or SF6 type.
